Rádical Pádel Terms of Use, Contracting, Privacy and Cookies

This document governs access to and use of Rádical Pádel, the purchase of its services and the processing of its users' personal data. It also sets out the rules applicable to clubs, companies, partners and sellers that use the platform.

Terms of Use and Contracting

1. Service provider

Rádical Pádel is a digital platform that, depending on the features available in each service tier, allows users to create a profile, take part in leagues and matches, communicate with other users, view rankings, make online purchases and manage bookings or services offered by clubs.

Rádical Pádel is a service provided by Ismael Marín González, Spanish tax identification number 34048885F, with registered address at Calle Fénix 8, 11130 Chiclana de la Frontera, Cádiz, Spain.

The general channel for support, complaints, exercising rights and requesting a review of decisions is info@radicalpadel.com. The official WhatsApp channel identified in the application may also be used when enabled.

2. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the Rádical Pádel website, applications and services. Before creating an account or purchasing a service, users must have had the opportunity to read and accept these terms. Users who do not accept them may not register or use services that require an account.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. Processing that is necessary to create and maintain an account, provide requested services, manage security or comply with legal obligations does not require additional consent.

The platform uses cookies and essential technical technologies to start and maintain sessions, authenticate users, protect accounts, retain necessary preferences and enable the service to operate. These technologies do not require consent and cannot be disabled while using a feature that requires them, although information about them is provided in the Cookie Policy.

Where processing does require consent, such as certain marketing communications or non-essential analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies, consent will be requested separately and voluntarily, without pre-ticked boxes. Users may refuse or later withdraw consent without losing access to essential features and without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

3. Users, accounts and required information

Rádical Pádel may be used by individuals, partners, clubs, companies, organisers, sellers and administrators, with the permissions applicable to each service tier. Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. Account holders are responsible for protecting them and reporting any unauthorised access.

Users must provide their own accurate and up-to-date information. They may not create duplicate accounts, impersonate another person, falsify sporting information or use another person's account.

Forms will clearly identify which information is required and which is optional. If a user does not provide required information, provides incomplete or inaccurate information, or does not permit necessary checks, Rádical Pádel may prevent registration, suspend access or restrict features until the information has been completed, corrected or verified.

This restriction may apply both to the user's own account and to the creation, invitation, registration or management of new accounts or profiles that the user seeks to add, particularly when acting as an administrator of a club, company, competition or group. Failure to provide optional information will not restrict features that do not depend on it.

4. Minors

The minimum age for direct registration is 14. Participation by children under 14 may only be managed by their parents, guardians or legal representatives through features enabled by Rádical Pádel for that purpose.

Where the processing of personal data belonging to a child under 14 is based on consent, that consent must be expressly given or authorised by the person holding parental responsibility or guardianship. Rádical Pádel may request information reasonably necessary to verify this authorisation. If it cannot be verified, the processing will not take place and access to features that depend on that consent will not be permitted.

Parents, guardians or legal representatives are responsible for supervising use of the platform by minors in their care, without prejudice to any liability that may legally correspond to Rádical Pádel, clubs or other service providers.

5. Platform features

Depending on the type of account, plan, club or competition, Rádical Pádel may allow users to:

• create and manage sports profiles;
• organise or participate in matches, leagues, tournaments and bookings;
• calculate and publish levels, results and rankings;
• communicate through messages, groups, photographs and files;
• receive notices relating to the account and activities;
• purchase subscriptions or services;
• buy products offered by sellers through the marketplace;
• manage users, payments, invoicing and activities when acting as a club, company or organiser.

6. Communications, news and promotions

Rádical Pádel and the relevant club or organiser may use the available channels to send notices needed to create or maintain an account, manage bookings, matches, leagues, orders, incidents, security or contractual changes. These notices form part of the requested service.

The “News” channel forms part of Rádical Pádel and may publish information about how the platform works, new features, changes, competitions, sports content, security, maintenance and other matters related to the service.

Rádical Pádel, clubs and sellers may publish products, promotions or offers in the marketplace, the “News” channel and other informational or promotional areas of the application. These publications will identify the supplier or advertiser and, where applicable, their advertising, sponsored or featured nature.

Viewing these publications within the application does not mean that the user consents to receive direct advertising. Promotions sent by email or SMS will require prior consent or an applicable legal exception. Users may object or unsubscribe easily and free of charge.

Permission granted on a device to display notifications does not constitute consent to receive advertising. If a user disables notifications, necessary notices may still be displayed within the application or sent through another permitted channel.

7. Rules of conduct

Users must use the platform lawfully, respectfully and in the spirit of fair play. They may not:

• threaten, harass, discriminate against, defame or harm other people;
• publish unlawful, violent, sexually explicit or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• impersonate others or falsify results, levels, attendance or relevant information;
• collect or use other users' data for purposes unrelated to the service;
• send spam, unauthorised advertising or bulk communications;
• introduce malicious code, bypass controls, probe vulnerabilities without authorisation or interfere with the service;
• infringe intellectual property, image, privacy or confidentiality rights;
• resell, automate or commercially exploit the platform without authorisation.

Clubs and organisers may establish additional sporting and conduct rules, provided that they are communicated before registration and are compatible with these terms and applicable law.

8. Messages, photographs, files and other content

Users retain their rights in photographs, messages and other content they provide. They authorise Rádical Pádel to host, reproduce and display that content only to the extent necessary to provide the selected features.

Photographs and files sent through chats or groups will be accessible to the recipients or members indicated in the interface. Users should check the channel before sending them and should avoid identity documents, financial data, particularly sensitive information or images of third parties where they are unnecessary or the user lacks sufficient authorisation.

Intimate images, content that places minors at risk, data obtained unfairly, and unlawful material or material that infringes third-party rights may not be shared.

Rádical Pádel may refuse publication, restrict reach, hide, block or remove content where there are reasonable indications of unlawfulness, risk to others or a breach of these terms. It may also block a user's access in whole or in part, including deleting the account, for any of these reasons. Where necessary to investigate an incident or handle a complaint, a restricted copy may be retained for the period legally necessary.

The authorisation above does not allow Rádical Pádel to use messages or photographs in advertising, train models for its own purposes unrelated to the service, or use them for other incompatible purposes without a specific legal basis and information.

9. Data added by clubs, companies and partners

Clubs, companies, organisers and partners that add contacts, invite people or send communications must have a valid legal basis and be able to demonstrate the source of the data, the purpose for which it was collected and the information provided to the individuals concerned.

They may not reuse, for a new project, databases obtained during a previous employment relationship, address books, messaging groups, lists belonging to another club or data from another platform without a valid basis for that new use.

Rádical Pádel may request documents demonstrating the source and lawful use of the data. The person or organisation providing the data is responsible for its accuracy, source and lawfulness even where Rádical Pádel has reviewed the documentation, without prejudice to the platform's own legal responsibilities.

If the source or lawfulness is not sufficiently demonstrated, Rádical Pádel may stop the import or campaign, block the module or professional account, suspend activation of the club or partner, isolate or delete the affected data, and terminate the relationship. Wherever possible, the measure will be limited to the professional service concerned and will not affect players' ordinary personal accounts.

Rádical Pádel will document the reason for the measure. The club, company or partner will be informed of the reason unless there is an urgent situation or legal prohibition, and may request a review within 48 hours by writing to info@radicalpadel.com. The official WhatsApp channel may also be used when enabled.

10. Club access to user data

When a user registers for, participates in or is linked to an activity managed by a club, Rádical Pádel will provide the club's authorised administrators with the data needed to manage the sporting, operational, administrative and financial relationship.

This access may include full name, telephone number, email address, sex or sports category, age or date of birth, photograph, address and tax identification, such as NIF, CIF, CPF or an equivalent identifier.

The club may use this data to manage users, bookings, matches, competitions, operational communications, sports categories, invoicing, payments, delivery of equipment and other requested or club-related services.

Access will be restricted to authorised administrators and users linked to the relevant club. The data may not be used for unrelated purposes, disclosed to third parties or added to other databases without a valid legal basis and without first providing users with the required information.

Telephone numbers, email addresses, addresses and tax identifiers will not be visible to other players unless the user shares them or a specific feature requires this and the user has been informed beforehand.

11. Facilities and sporting activity

Rádical Pádel is a digital platform that provides tools for managing bookings, communicating, participating in matches and competitions, and recording results. It does not own or manage the sports facilities where activities take place and does not inspect or certify their condition, maintenance or regulatory compliance, without prejudice to any checks it may carry out or require where necessary.

The owners, managers or representatives of public or private clubs and sports facilities are responsible for holding the required licences, authorisations and insurance, implementing the required safety measures, and maintaining facilities, courts, equipment and services in suitable condition.

Users acknowledge that playing padel involves the normal physical risks of a sporting activity and agree to follow the club's safety and usage rules. This does not mean that users assume responsibility for injuries or damage caused by defects in the facilities, lack of maintenance, negligence or breaches attributable to the club, organiser or other responsible parties.

Rádical Pádel will not be liable for accidents, injuries or damage occurring during sporting activity or through the use of facilities managed by third parties, unless they are the direct result of an act or omission attributable to the platform itself.

12. Prices, subscriptions and renewals

Rádical Pádel may offer free services, recurring subscriptions, fees per league or period, and plans for clubs or companies. Before purchase, users will be shown the provider, content, total price, applicable taxes, billing frequency, duration, renewal arrangements and specific terms.

Where automatic renewal applies, this will be clearly disclosed in advance and users will be able to disable it through a straightforward process. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund of amounts paid for a period that has already started, even if the service has not been used, unless the law or applicable specific terms provide otherwise. Access will remain active until the end of the paid period unless a legal or contractual reason justifies earlier termination.

Price changes will not apply retroactively and will be communicated sufficiently in advance of the next renewal to allow the plan to be cancelled.

13. Right of withdrawal, cancellations and refunds

The right of withdrawal will apply according to the type of product or service purchased and the law in force. Before payment, users will be informed whether it applies, the applicable period, how to exercise it and any exceptions.

Bookings for courts, competitions or activities scheduled for a specific date or period may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, without prejudice to the applicable cancellation terms.

Before confirming a subscription, registration, booking or purchase, the specific cancellation terms will be displayed, including deadlines, possible costs and, where applicable, the refund amount or calculation method.

Where a right of withdrawal exists, users may exercise it by writing to info@radicalpadel.com within the applicable period and identifying the relevant purchase. For marketplace purchases, the seller will be responsible for handling withdrawal, returns and product refunds.

14. No-shows, non-payment and consequences

A no-show occurs when a user fails to attend a confirmed booking, match or activity and has not cancelled it within the permitted period. A breach also occurs when the user has not paid the amount due from them.

A no-show will result in forfeiture of the amount paid. Where it prevents the match from taking place or causes financial loss to the club, the responsible user must pay the outstanding amount required to cover the full booking price. Any amounts already received by the club will be deducted and no duplicate charge will be made.

The affected club will be the beneficiary of the charge. The amount may be charged to the card or payment method used or authorised to secure the booking. If the charge cannot be made, the user must pay through the method specified by the club.

While an amount remains outstanding, Rádical Pádel or the club may prevent new bookings or registrations. Repeated non-payment or no-shows may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the account, without prejudice to payment of the amounts owed.

Users may dispute the charge within 48 hours after being notified by writing to info@radicalpadel.com or, additionally, through the official WhatsApp channel when enabled.

15. Payments

Payments may be managed by Rádical Pádel, the club or the relevant seller through a specialised provider whose identity will be displayed during the purchase process. The party responsible for refunds will be the same provider, company or club that supplies the service, offers the product and ultimately receives the amount, even where payment has been channelled through the application and Rádical Pádel has acted as an intermediary.

Card details will be entered directly into the payment provider's system. Rádical Pádel will not retain the full card number or security code. It may only receive and retain a payment reference or token, the card brand, last digits, expiry date and transaction status where needed to manage the service.

Authorisation for a recurring payment or a charge used to secure a booking will be clearly displayed before the transaction is confirmed. Users may withdraw future authorisations where applicable, without cancelling debts or payments that have already accrued.

16. Marketplace

When the marketplace is enabled, Rádical Pádel will always act solely as an intermediary platform and technological sales channel. The sale contract will be entered into directly between the user and the seller identified in the product listing and order confirmation. Rádical Pádel will not be the seller, manufacturer, importer or owner of the product.

The seller will be responsible for the product's existence, lawfulness, safety, description and conformity; availability and stock; price, taxes and invoice; preparation, transport and delivery; withdrawal, returns and refunds; statutory and commercial warranties; after-sales service; product recalls, damage and all other liability connected with the product or a breach of the sale contract.

Before payment, users will be shown the seller's identity and contact details, business status, total price and costs, product features, delivery and return terms, warranties, payment methods and the allocation of obligations between the seller and the platform. Where offers are ranked, the main ranking parameters and whether payment or a commercial relationship affects that ranking will be explained.

When a purchase is made, Rádical Pádel will provide the seller with the data needed to prepare, invoice, ship and support the order. This may include the buyer's full name or company name, telephone number, email address, billing and delivery address, NIF, CIF, CPF or equivalent identifier, products purchased, amount and payment status.

Sellers may only access data relating to purchasers of their own products. They will not have access to the general user database and may not use received data for advertising or other purposes without their own legal basis and without first informing the user.

Rádical Pádel will be responsible for its own actions and for the legal obligations that apply to it as platform provider. It will maintain reasonable seller identification and traceability controls, reporting and response mechanisms for allegedly unlawful or unsafe products, a channel for platform incidents, and the cooperation required with authorities and consumers. It may reject, suspend or remove offers or sellers that do not verify their identity, offer prohibited, unsafe or allegedly unlawful products, breach these terms or fail to meet their obligations.

17. Intellectual property

Rádical Pádel's software, design, trade marks, names, logos and proprietary content are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Users receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the platform in accordance with these terms. They may not copy, distribute, modify, exploit or use protected elements without authorisation.

Users warrant that they hold the necessary rights to the content they provide and will be responsible for claims arising from unlawful use, without prejudice to Rádical Pádel's own obligations.

18. Availability, amendments and corporate changes

Rádical Pádel will seek to keep the platform available and secure, although maintenance, updates, technical incidents or interruptions may occur for reasonable causes.

These terms may be updated due to legal, technical, business or functional changes. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel before they take effect. Fresh acceptance will be requested where necessary.

Rádical Pádel may change its trading name, operate under different brands according to country or territory, and distribute the same underlying technology through different websites or applications. Each channel will identify the legal entity that provides the service and acts as data controller.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, change of control or transfer of a business unit, strictly related contracts, assets and data may be transferred to the successor entity where there is a lawful basis. Users will be informed of the identity of the new provider or controller and any material change. A change of owner, company, brand or application does not authorise incompatible purposes or replace consent where consent is required.

19. Moderation, suspension and review

Rádical Pádel, clubs and organisers may issue warnings, remove content, cancel results, deduct points, restrict features or suspend accounts in response to breaches of these terms, sporting rules or payment obligations. Measures will take account of seriousness, repetition, harm caused and risk to other people or the platform.

Except in cases of urgency, fraud, risk to people, security concerns or legal prohibition, users will be informed of the reason for the measure. They may request a review within 48 hours by writing to info@radicalpadel.com or, additionally, through the official WhatsApp channel when enabled. Rádical Pádel will communicate the outcome of the review within a maximum of seven days, without prejudice to applicable statutory rights and deadlines.

Suspension or closure will not extinguish outstanding amounts or automatically give rise to a refund for services already provided, missed bookings or periods already started. Where the measure is found to be unjustified, the affected account, content or feature will be restored and the applicable rights will be observed.

20. Closing an account

Users may request account closure through the option available in their profile or by writing to info@radicalpadel.com. The official WhatsApp channel may also be used when enabled.

A copy of an identity card or passport will not be required automatically. Additional information or a partially redacted copy may only be requested where there are reasonable doubts about identity, using the least intrusive method capable of verifying the requester.

Account closure will not prevent information from being retained where there is a legal obligation, an outstanding amount, or a need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. That information will be blocked or restricted to those purposes for the applicable period. All remaining information will be deleted or effectively anonymised.

To prevent fraudulent re-registration or manipulation of rankings, Rádical Pádel may temporarily retain a pseudonymised cryptographic identifier derived from the telephone number. The original number will not be retained for this purpose. Access to the identifier will be restricted and it will only be used to detect matches, prevent fraud and handle challenges.

21. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection that applies in their country of residence.

Users may contact consumer bodies, data protection authorities, alternative dispute-resolution systems or the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.

Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is Ismael Marín González, owner of Rádical Pádel, Spanish tax identification number 34048885F, with registered address at Calle Fénix 8, 11130 Chiclana de la Frontera, Cádiz, Spain.

The contact channel for privacy matters and exercising rights is info@radicalpadel.com. The official WhatsApp channel identified in the application may also be used when enabled.

2. Data processed

Depending on the features used, Rádical Pádel may process:

• first name, surname, alias, telephone number, email address, postal address and tax identification;
• user identifier, protected credentials, account status and preferences;
• photograph, sex or sports category, age or date of birth, level, ranking, results, history and availability;
• leagues, matches, pairings, bookings, attendance, penalties and incidents;
• messages, photographs, files, notices and minimum technical delivery metadata;
• subscriptions, orders, payments, refunds, invoicing and payment references;
• IP address, date and time, browser, system, technical identifiers, and access and activity logs;
• technical notification token and notification preferences;
• location where required by a feature and the corresponding permission has been granted;
• enquiries, documents and follow-up relating to support or complaints;
• interaction with news, promotions and non-essential measurements where there is a valid legal basis;
• data provided by clubs, organisers, partners, sellers or other users from a lawful source.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data may be processed to:

• create, authenticate and maintain the account and provide requested features, on the basis of the contractual relationship;
• manage matches, leagues, bookings, messages, groups, rankings and sports profiles, on the basis of the contractual relationship;
• manage subscriptions, orders, payments, refunds and invoicing, on the basis of the contractual relationship and legal obligations;
• share with the club or seller the data needed for the requested activity or purchase, on the basis of the contractual relationship and applicable obligations;
• protect the platform, prevent abuse, fraud and ranking manipulation, and retain evidence of incidents, on the basis of legitimate interests and, where applicable, legal obligations;
• handle enquiries, complaints and the exercise of rights, on the basis of the contractual relationship, legal obligations and legitimate interests;
• send necessary service notices, on the basis of the contractual relationship or legitimate interests;
• send direct advertising or enable non-essential cookies where there is consent or an applicable legal exception;
• establish, exercise or defend legal claims, on the basis of legitimate interests.

Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, users may object in the circumstances provided by law.

4. Clubs, sellers and other recipients

Authorised club administrators may access, in relation to users linked to their club, the user's full name, telephone number, email address, sex or sports category, age or date of birth, photograph, address and tax identification. They will use this data to manage the sporting, operational, administrative and financial relationship, including bookings, competitions, communications, invoicing, payments and delivery of equipment.

When users purchase through the marketplace, the seller will receive the data needed to prepare, invoice, ship and support the order, returns, warranties and complaints. The seller will act as controller in relation to its own sales obligations.

Providers of hosting, maintenance, email, SMS, notifications, support, backups, consented analytics and payment processing may also access data, subject to the applicable instructions and safeguards.

Data may be disclosed to advisers, insurers, financial institutions, public authorities, courts or law-enforcement bodies where necessary for a transaction, complaint, legal obligation or valid request.

5. International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area or the user's jurisdiction, Rádical Pádel will apply the required safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, contractual clauses or other legally recognised mechanisms. Users may request information about the applicable safeguards by writing to info@radicalpadel.com.

6. Visibility and confidentiality

The application will indicate which information is public, visible to participants, accessible to the relevant club or seller, or private. Default settings will limit visibility to what is necessary for each feature.

Telephone numbers, email addresses, addresses and tax identifiers will not be visible to other players unless the user shares them or a specific feature requires this and the user has been informed.

Clubs will only access users linked to their activities and sellers will only access purchasers of their products. Rádical Pádel will apply role-based permissions and restrict unnecessary exports and access.

7. Retention

Account and profile data will be retained while the account remains active and the data is needed to provide the service. After account closure, data will be deleted, anonymised or restricted according to its purpose and the applicable obligations.

Booking, payment, order and invoice data will be retained for the periods required by tax, accounting and consumer law and for the prevention of claims.

Messages, photographs and files will be retained while needed to maintain the requested conversations or features and may be temporarily restricted where linked to a report, incident or complaint.

The ordinary activity log will be deleted automatically after 60 days. Entries linked to a complaint, fraud investigation or open incident may be separated and retained with restricted access until resolution and for the applicable statutory defence period.

Data used for marketing communications will be processed until the user withdraws consent or objects, after which the minimum information needed to respect that decision will be retained.

Backups will be retained for their technical lifecycle and overwritten or deleted in a controlled manner.

8. Anti-fraud identifier after account closure

The original telephone number will be deleted when it is no longer needed, unless another legitimate retention obligation applies.

To prevent duplicate registrations, fraudulent re-registration or ranking manipulation, a pseudonymised cryptographic identifier derived from the telephone number may be retained for the period strictly necessary. This identifier cannot be used to contact the user, access will be restricted, and it will only be used to detect matches, prevent fraud and resolve challenges.

9. Rights

Users may request access to, rectification or erasure of their data, object to or restrict processing, request data portability, withdraw consent and request human review of automated decisions where applicable.

Account closure may be initiated from the profile. Rights may also be exercised by writing to info@radicalpadel.com or, additionally, through the official WhatsApp channel when enabled, stating the request and providing the information needed to locate the account.

Additional documents will only be requested where there are reasonable doubts about identity. The least intrusive method will be used and, if a document is exceptionally requested, unnecessary information may be redacted.

10. Minors

Rádical Pádel will apply enhanced privacy, visibility and security measures to minors' accounts and data. Where processing concerning a child under 14 depends on consent, it must be authorised by the person holding parental responsibility or guardianship and reasonable efforts will be made to verify that authorisation.

Images or information relating to minors will not be published or shared outside the requested features without the required authorisation.

11. Security and data breaches

Rádical Pádel will implement technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk, including secure authentication, access controls, encryption in transit, credential protection, permission management, recoverable backups, system updates, logging and incident response.

Incidents affecting personal data will be documented and assessed. Where required by law, they will be notified to the competent authority and communicated to affected individuals if there is a high risk.

12. Changes of controller, brand or application

The platform may operate under different brands, domains or applications according to territory. Each channel will identify the responsible entity.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or change of control, necessary data may be transferred to the successor entity with a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards. Users will be informed of the change of controller and applicable rights. Corporate succession does not in itself authorise new incompatible purposes.

13. Policy updates

Rádical Pádel will publish the date of the current version and communicate material changes through an appropriate channel. Amending this policy will not replace consent or permit data to be used for incompatible purposes.

Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy

1. Necessary cookies

Rádical Pádel uses cookies and technical technologies that are necessary to start and maintain sessions, authenticate users, protect accounts, balance load, retain essential preferences and provide requested features.

These technologies form part of the service, do not require consent and cannot be rejected while using the feature that requires them. If they are blocked in the browser or device, the account or certain features may stop working.

2. Optional cookies

Where enabled, Rádical Pádel may use:

• non-essential preference technologies to remember additional choices;
• analytics technologies to measure use and performance;
• advertising technologies to measure campaigns, build audiences or personalise advertisements.

These technologies will not be activated before the user gives consent unless they are legally exempt because of their function. Users will be able to accept, reject or configure optional categories through equivalent choices.

3. Consent management

Before registration is completed, users will be shown the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Users who do not accept them will not be able to use the service.

4. Third-party technologies

Where third-party technologies are used, the settings panel will identify the provider, purpose, duration and category. Rádical Pádel will require applicable safeguards from its providers and will not activate non-essential technologies before consent.

5. Browser and device settings

Users can delete or block cookies through their browser or device. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent sign-in or the operation of certain areas. Browser settings do not replace the choices offered through the Rádical Pádel settings panel.
